Graphic Designer

We’re Syncopated Marketing, a fast-growing email marketing agency that helps eCommerce brands grow through strategic campaigns and automations. We’re a lean, fast-moving team that believes in sharp design, clear communication, and full ownership.

We’re looking for a Designer who can turn brand strategy into scroll-stopping emails and ads.

If you love designing for DTC brands, have a strong eye for layout and typography, and can bring creative to life without making it feel like a template—then this is for you.

Responsibilities

– Design mobile-first, conversion-focused email campaigns and paid ads for eCommerce brands
– Collaborate with copywriters and marketers to translate briefs into strong visual layouts
– Create reusable components and Figma templates for faster future execution
– Suggest improvements in visual hierarchy, layout—not just execute
– Stay updated on design trends, best practices in email/ads, and what’s working in the DTC space

Qualifications

– 2–8 years of experience in design—ideally for eCommerce brands
– Proficiency in Figma is a must
– Understands layout, spacing, typography, and colour
– Able to work with minimal direction and deliver polished work quickly
– Bonus: Experience designing for Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar ESPs
– Bonus: Experience creating static and motion ads for Meta, TikTok, or other paid platforms
– Even better: You care about performance, not just aesthetics
